NRC to complete their technical and editorial review and publication of the final report.
This extension will be at no cost to the government.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section F, Paragraph F.5, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) is changed to read as follows:
"This contract shall commence on May 1,1992, and will expire on December 31, 1996."
