To discuss the draft version of the Utility Resolution Guidance (URG) document being prepared by the BWROG for licensees responding to NRC Bulletin 96-03. This bulletin, issued in May 1996 to all licensees with a BWR ar.d requiring a response by November 1996, addresses the final resolution of the issue of potential clogging of emergency core cooling system (ECCS) suction strainers.
