Dear Mr. Keppler:

This letter is to notify you of additional information regarding the Company's response to the Item of Noncompliance as discussed in the referenced letter.

In addition to the procedural training, a general discussion was held for the benefit of the Quality Control inspectors. The discussion centered on the importance of paying attention to all details of a procedure and how any deviation from that procedure should be questioned. The inspectors were told that they are not expected to know all the details of the work they observe and should not be hesitant to question any portion of the work being performed.
