Counsel has recen tly assumed represen ta tion of the former Join t Intervenors in Wa terford and has been heavily involved over the past two weeks in preparing a brief on appeal to the D.C.
Circuit (Oys te rshell Alliance e t a t. v. NRC, No. 8 5-118 2 ).
