CORRECTION TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-06, ATTACNFD TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. NPF-88 FOR COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 2.

The Subject Indemnity Agreement was transmitted as Enclosure 4 to the letter of February 2, 1993, forwarding License No. NPF-88.

Due to an administrative error, reference to the Unit 1 Full Power License was omitted in Amendment No. 9.

Please replace your copies of the Indemnity Agreement with the enclosed corrected pages, Amendment No. 10.

Please countersign all copies and return one signed copy of_ Amendment No. 10 to this office.
