This is a change in the time and date of the meeting from that indicated in the cover letters of inspection reports 50-327, 50-328/92-36 and 92-38.

u The purpose of this Enforcement Conference is to allow Sequoyah Nuclear Plant management to discuss the causes, safety significance and corrective actions associated with the mispositioning of essential raw cooling water throttle valves and the cooldown the the Refueling Water Storage. Tank.
