SECY-85-224 - Shoreham -- Suffolk County /New York State Motion for Stay of Low-Power License The Commission, by a 4-1 vote, approved an order denying the stay requested by Suffolk County and the State of New York.
The Commission did continue the administrative stay until 5:00 p.m. on June 27, 1985 to allow orderly processing of stay requests in the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Commissioner Asselstine disapproved the order and provided separate views.
(Subsequently, on June 24, 1985 the Secretary signed the order.)
