I. SECY-85-217 - Shoreham -- Intervenor Renewal of Request to Supplement Environmental Impact Statement The Commission,* by a 4-1 vote, approved a revised order responding to a March 6, 1985 request by New York State and Suffolk County for the Commission to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement which would evaluate the costs and benefits of Shoreham low-power operations, assuming no Shoreham full power operation. Commissioner Asselstine dis-approved and provided separate views.

(Subsequently, on June 20, 1985 the Secretary signed the order.)

II. SECY-85-169 -- Director's Denial of 2.206 Petition'(In the Matter of Consumers Power Company), DD-84-17 The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, approved an order that affirms the decision of the Director of Inspection and Enforcement denying a February 10, 1984 10 CFR 2.206 petition by Billie Priner Garde related to the construction of the Midland Nuclear Power Plant.

(Subsequently, on June 24, 1985 the Secretary signed the order.)

III. SECY-85 Final Pressurized Thermal Shock Rule The Commission, by a 5-0 vote, approved a final rule on pressurized thermal shock.

You should forward the Federal Register notice for signature and publication.
