Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit Nos.1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-317 & 50-318 Inservice Inspection Program Request For Relief from ASME Code Section XI Requirements Determined to be Impractical

BG&E letter from Mr. C. H. Poindexter to Mr. 3. R. Miller, dated May 10,1985.
Gentlemen:
The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company hereby withdraws the request for relief from ASME Code Section XI contained in reference (a). Satisfactory radiographs of the welds mentioned in the request were able to be obtained, so that Code relief is not necessary.
In order to expedite the subject request, reference (a) stated that, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.21, a check in the amount of $150.00 would be forwarded under separate cover. Accordingly, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company Check No. B397632 in the amount of $150.00 is remitted herewith.
