The responses to the subject inspection report have been reevalu-ated as requested by Reference (b) and found to be still valid. These
. noncompliances were considered when formulating corrective act ons of the i
violations identified by Reference (c). The consultant behavioral scientist and the Station Superintendent tailgates to strongly emphasize management's expectations discussed in Reference (d) are directed at improving overall Control Room operations and are therefore also responsive to the concerns expressed in the subject inspection report.
As you are aware, Control Room Operations has been the subject of increased scrutiny by NRC Region III personnel in 1985. Feedback to date has been favorable. Commonwealth Edison remains committed to excellence and will continue to strive for improvement.
