This refers to the safety inspection conducted by Mr. N. Perry of this office from November
14 through February 1,1993, at the Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Rowe, Massachusetts.
The inspection focused on areas important to the health and safety of the public and consisted:
of. observation of activities, interviews with personnel, and document reviews.
In general,3 activities were found to be conducted safely. -The results are described in the
