Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be

unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals 1
involved, disclosure of the work telephone numbers of the j
Company's employees and of the emergency response personnel and j
organizations could adversely affect the capability of prompt notification in the event of an emergency; such disclosure is not
