RECOGNITION OF RECIPROCITY This acknowledges receipt of your Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States (NRC Form 241) dated January 7,1993, and receipt of your reciprocity recognition fee as required by 10 CFR 150.20(b) and 10'CFP,170.31 (Category 16 - Reciprocity).
Your South Carolina License Number 323 is recognized as valid for use in Non-Agreement States for up to 180 days in calendar year 1993. You must notify us concerning any revisions or additions to the activities (i.e., client, location, dates), by letter, containing the same information as reported in Sections 1-7 of NRC Form 241. The certification provided in Section 8 of the initial calendar year submission NRC Form 241 will continue to apply to all the activities. There is no additional fee required beyond the first submittal of the calendar year.
The Commission may, at its option, conduct an inspection of your activities in the field. If an inspection is performed, you will be billed. The fee charged will be the same as that charged a similar NRC licensee. We shall notify the appropriate state concerning your activities.
