SUBJECT:
GE0 TECHNICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICAL EVALUATION MEMORANDUM (TEM) FOR REVIEW 0F SHIPROCK REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN As per your Technical Assistance Request of March 19, 1985 (WMLU TAR 85013), we have prepared a Technical Evaluation Memorandum (TEM) for the geotechnical engineering review of the Shiprock Remedial Action Plan. The TEM (enclosure) includes discussion of those aspects of the design which were reviewed and conclusion regarding the basis for final acceptance of each aspect.
This TEM was prepared by Dr. Banad Jagannath of my staff and he may be contacted at extension 74629.
