Each year Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) holds training and orientation for all local, county, state and federal agencies who would normally respond to SPC in case of an emergency. This year's orientation will be held on Thursday, September 26,1996 at cur Engineering and Manufacturing Facility at 2101 Horn Rapids Road, Richland, Washington. Iinvite you, ar an appropriate delegate from your agency, to attend this orientation.
