Dear Mr. Denton:
Wolf Creek Generating Station Operating License Appendix B, Environmental Protection Plan (Non-Radiological), specifies that renewals of the Environmental Protection Agency National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit are to be transmitted to the NRC.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment issued the Wolf Creek Generating Station oper-ational NPDES Permit as Kansas Water Pollution Control Permit Number I-NE07-P002 on April 12, 1985. In accordance with the Plan, enclosed for agency use are five (5) copies of the Permit.
The Permit is valid until January 17, 1989 and may only be modified to reflect changing EPA regulations or changes in the nature of non-radiological discharges from Wolf Creek Generating Station.
