Letter from W. T. Cottle to Document Control Desk dated August 23,1996 (ST-HL-AE-5450)
In the above Reference, Houston Lighting & Power (HL&P) submitted proposed amendments to the South Texas Project operating licenses to change the licensed operator of the facility.
This letter provides additional information regarding this proposed action. In addition, pursuant to 10CFR50.80, HL&P requests the Commission to consent to the transfer of control of the licenses to operate (but not to own) STP Units I and 2, authorizing the proposed operating company to operate these facilities. The reference and this letter provide the j
information required to be included in an application for transfer of licenses.
NAME OF PROPOSED OPERATING COMPANY The name of the proposed operating company is STP Nuclear Operating Company.
PRINCIPAL OFFICERS The principal officers of the STP Nuclear Operating Company will be as follows:
