Dear Administrutive Judges:

On July E,1985, the Staff received a "!40 tion of Extension of Time",

dated June 27, 1985 which was filed on behalf of Concerned Citizens of Louisa County (CCLC) by Janes B. Dougherty, requesting a one week extension of time, from July 1 to July 6, in which CCLC must file its proposed findings and conclusions of law. The NRC staff has no objection to this request provided that it also be granted a one week extension, from July 11 to July 18, in which to file its proposed findings and conclusions of law with a supporting brief.
