United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn.: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555 Seabrook Station Revision 9 to the Seabrook Station Security Training and Oualification Plan North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has implemented, pursuart to 10CFR50.54(p)(2), revisions to the Seabrook Station Security Training and Qualification Plan. North Atlantic has determined that the revision to the plan does not decrecse its effectiveness. The en,:losure contains Revision 9 to the Seabrook Station Security Training and Qualification Plan. A description of the change included in this revision is provided with the enclosure. Due to an administrative error, the 60-day reporting requirements in 10CFR50.54(p)(2) were not met. This error has been investigated and subsequently corrected.
The information in the enclosure is considered Safeguards Infonnation and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified, when separated from the enclosures.
