I am enclosing a copy of the Suffolk County and New York State Response to LILCO and NRC Staff Objections to Proposed Security Contentions, dated April 11, 1985.
The Response contains safeguards information and was restricted in its distribution, pursuant to the Miller Board's August 17, 1984 Protective Order, to the three Licensing Board members, designated counsel for LILCO and the NRC Staff, and Mrs. Inez Bailey, Chief, Records Service Branch, Division of Technical Information and Document Control, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
