Dear Administrative Judges:
This is to advise the Licensing Board that the parties have agreed, subject to the approval of the Board, that the Staff's witness, Dr. Urbanik would not file testimony on July 8, 1985. Pursuant to the parties' agreement, Dr. Urbanik would review the documents produced by the other parties during discovery, review the prefiled testimony of the other parties, listen to the cross-examination of the other witnesses (or review the transcript if unable to attend any particular day) and then present testimony at the hearing based

upon the foregoing.
On July 1,1985 at the completion of the deposition of Mr. Case, the parties agreed to the following order of witnesses for the hearing scheduled to commence on July 15, 1985:
Mr. Zimmerman (Commonwealth); Mr. Taylor (Common-wealth); Mr. Case (Graterford Inmates); Mr. Lieberman (FEMA); Dr. Urbanik (NRC Staff); and, Mr. Asher and Mr. Kinard (FEMA). This list does not include any rebuttal witnesses that may be offered by the Applicant.
Finally, the list is based on those witnesses who have been definitely identified as witnesses for the proceeding.
