Gentlemen:
Enclosed is Revision 28, Change 2 to 'the Security Plan for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant,-
Units 1 and 2.- The change is being made in response to your letter Serial No. 93-03 dated ~
December 7,1992. It does not decrease the~ effectiveness of the Plan and is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
This Security Plan revision deletes the use of Dedicated Observers as compensatory measures for physical barriers and maintains the Plan as previously apptcved.
Also enclosed is Section 4.0, Phpical Barriers. The Section was approved in the previous revision, but the. page numbering sequence was incorrect. The Section is being transmitted to ensure continuity of effective pages.
