Justification for Changos to Technical Specification Tablo 3.8-1 KG&E was notified by Bochtel Power Corporation of a review they parformed on the Wolf Crook Technical Specification Tablo 3.8-1.
As a result of their review, tho following items wore identified.
- Low voltage power circuits lacking the backup protection required by Regulatory Guido 1.63.
The design has boon modified to comply with Regulatory Guido 1.63.
- Ton circuits originally provided with protection in accordanco with Rogulatory Guido 1.63 but not included in Tablo 3.8-1.

- Tonporar circuits associatod with Wolf Crook's special instrumonted steam generator which are now permanent circuits.
- Concerns raised in rogards to mooting the requirements of Regulatory Guido 1.106 as wall as Regulatory Guido 1.63.
Design changon have boon mado.
- Editorial changos to correct typos and clarify infor-mation.
Informational LER 85-017-00 (ULNRC 1082, 04/22/05) submitted by Union Electric for Callaway providos background information on thoso changos.
KG&E requests thoso changos to bo incorporated into Wolf Crook's Technical Specifications for issue with the full powar licenso.
