REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON CNSI'S POLYETHYLENE HIGH INTEGRITY CONTAINER Enclosed are our comments and questions concerning the topical report that describes CNSI's Polyethylene High Integrity Container. This request for further information is, for the most part, comprised of the comments and questions that were sent to you in preliminary form, for information only, in December, 1984. -The comments have been modified somewhat to incorporate additional requirements from the participating agreement states.
We encourage you and your staff to communicate with us by telephone or in meetings to ensure that you fully understand the huestions and comments before you attempt to submit any responses in writing. This should help to reduce the likelihood of further written exchanges that could result in additional delays in the review schedule.
As is~ customary, we are treating the enclosed comments and questions as proprietary for the sake of expediting the review. We would appreciate your assistance in identifying the information in our questions and in your forthcoming responses that CNSI truly considers to be proprietary.
