Pursuant to the Freedom of-Information Act (5 U.S.C.
S 551) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations (10 C.F.R. Part 9, Subpart A), I am writing to request copies-of:

The Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) Staff Reports to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS),
including appropriate subcommittees, regarding the Northeast-Utilities (Nb) applicetion for a constructicn permit to build Millstone, Unit 1 - (application granted May 19, 1965).
2.
The meeting minutes for the ACRS meetings, ir.cluding appropriate subcommittees, associated with the NL application for a conr.ruction permit to build Millstone, Unit 1.

The AEC Staf f Reports to the ACRS, including-appropriate subcommittees, regarding the NU application for-an operating license to operate Millstone, Unit 1
i (application granted October 7, 1970).

The meeting. minutes for. the ACRS meetings, including l
appropriate subcommittees, associated with the-NU application -for an operating license to operate Millstone, Unit 1.
