e The commitment identified in the* previous Quality Assurance Program Approval is still in effect with, the following minor changes:
- f. a ) The number of the applicable USS PRAIRIE instruction has been changed from PRAIRIEINST 4855.1 A (dtd 7 March 1980) to PRAIRIEINST 5100.3'(dtd 17 June 1985).'
