50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2.
The proposed changes are provided in enclosure 1.
This proposed change deletes references to three loop operation in the respective areas of the technical specifications. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50 92 and no significant hazards considerations are involved.
