Thank you.for your letters of December 8 and 16,1992, extending an invitation to our-staff to observe the validation trials at the Sizewell B simulator and conduct further discussions with you on topics of mutual. interest related to human factot's engineering. We appreciate the efforts you have made to confirm s*
- our visit with your colleagues at Nuclear Electric.
We wish to accept your invitation and plan on sending James Bongarra from our Human Factors Assessment Branch to meet with you and observe the trials.

your letter of December 16, you indicated that you could be available only on either~ Monday, January.11 or Wednesday, January.13 and that the simulator trials could be observed only on Tuesday, January 12. -If there is any possibility, we would appreciate two days of observations at the simulator and-
< two ' days of discussions with you.
I-have asked Jim Bongarra to contact-you to discuss the final arrangements..
We will be pleased to provide any additional support you might require to finalize-the arrangements.
