This confirms our plans as discussed between Mr. T. Kovach of your staff and Mr. D. Jones of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at Uraidwood Station on friday, December 18, 1992 at 2:00 p.m. (CST).
1he purpose of the meeting is to present the Initial SALP 11 Report for Braidwood.
We encourage you to have appropriate corporate and plant management representation at the meeting to ensure a mutual-understanding of the issues and findings being presented by the NRC.
While this meeting is considered a presentation and discussion forum between Commonwealth Edison Company and the NRC, the meeting will be opened to any other interested parties as observers. Those persons outside the licensco and NRC staffs should inform the Regional Office of their intent to participate.
We hope this meeting will benefit your organization and provide you with a meaningful characterization of the overall safety performance for the Braidwood Station.
