To ensure continuea use of the packages, you should submit an application for renewal of the certificate at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. The sections on o)erating prosedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs should be rev ewed to assure they are complete and current, if revisions are necessary, the revised sections should be submitted with-the application for renewal.
Note that the certificate of compliance may be conditioned to specifically cite the operating procedures, acceptance. testing and maintenance programs.
