REVIEW Of REVISION 10 S11E EMERGENCY PLAN We have received Revision 104 to Appendix A of the Site Emergency Plan. We hav's reviewed this revision and have determined that it is acceptable and that it does not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning.
Revision 104 was an annual update of letters of agreement with offsite support organizations.
A new agreement was created with Boyne City, Michigan, officials so that nonessential personnel, who may be ordered to evacuate the site, would proceed to a predesignated location in Boyne City for radiological monitoring and decontamination, as needed.
Revision 104 also included a february 1991 letter of agreement with Teledyne isotopes Midwest Laboratory.
During a November 1992 emergency preparedness inspection at your facility (Inspection Report No. 50-155/92023 (DRSS)), a 1992 epdate to this letter of agreement was made available.
We suggest that your staff submit a copy of this updated letter in the next revision to the Site Emergency Plan, if you have any questions, please have your staff contact Mr. T. Ploski of my staff at (708) 790-5634.
