CONFIRMATION OF NRC INSPECTION AT SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES USA, INCORPORATED This letter confirms the upcoming Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection at the Spectrum Technologies USA,-Incorporated, Schenectady, New York, facility on. December 7 through 11,_1992, as discussed during your telephone conversation of December 2, 1992, with the lead inspector, Mr. Bill Rogers, and team member, Randolph Moist.
This inspection will review corrective actions that you have taken in response to the Notice of Nonconformance issued in our letter dated March 19, 1992.
In addition, the inspect!on will review your 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, quality assurance program as it relates to the supply _of safetv-related components to the nuclear industry.
The cooperation of your staff in providing the support needed to complete the scope of our inspection is appreciated.
