This is to infon you that the Ponce District Hospital has approved the hospitalIs Cardiorenal Divi-sion application to implant Medtronict s Model 9000 nuclear powered cardiac pacemakers with Hector F. Rodri-guez, M.D.3 the Division's Director, as Chief Investi-gator of the group.
I also wish to inform you of the hospitalis commitment to continue the follow up, reporting and recovery procedures required under the standard protocol,_ copy of which I have, in the event the phy-sicians designated in the application as responsible investigators (Dr. H6ctor F. Rodriguez, Dr. Victor Carlo, Dr. Felix M. Cort 6s and Dr. Evelyn Cintron) were no longer associated with the Ponce District Hospital.
