..-This is to acknowledge receipt of your-letter dated December-16, 1992, transmitting the scenario for_your upcoming annual exercise. We have reviewed the scenario using Inspection Procedure 82302 and determined that it should--
support a-reasonable demonstration of your emergency response' capabilities.
