MOR SIX (6) MONTH REPORT From July 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992, our records indicate two (2) confirmed positive tests for Duquesne Light Company employees in the random program.

Both employees experienced denial of unescorted cccess and evaluation by the EAP program.

One (1) employee completed an intensive out-patient rehabilitation

program, and unescorted access was restored on December 24, 1992.

He is currently actively participating in the follow-up program.

One (1) employee-was determined to be reportable to the NRC as required by 10CFR t

Part 26.73.

Notification was made to the NRC Cperations Center, by the Duquesne Light Company Security Department, on December 30, 1992, at 1439

hours, following confirmation of a positive test result on December 30 at 1006 hours0.0116 days <br />0.279 hours <br />0.00166 weeks <br />3.82783e-4 months <br />.

Presently, this employee remains on indefinite suspension.

3 One (1) employee, included in the report period ending June 30, 1992, had unescorted access restored on August

24,

1992 and is participating in a follow-up program.
