.a Files 1NDEMNITY AGREDIENT B NORTHERN STATES POWER (MONTICELLO) -
D3CKETS 50-263, 70-1204 DML intends to issue an amendment to Materials License SNM-1144 to Northern States Power Company which will permit preoperational storage of its fuel at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Station.
The fuel will be stored in the fenced switchyard (as shown in Drawing AA-97853E attached to the NSP letter of September 12, 1969).
Proof of financial protection has been furnished by NELIA Policy NF-174 for $1,000,000. The NCLlA policy has as its location, all buildings and premises at the Monticello Nuclear Plant. Since this site is broader than our location, we have no problem from an indemnity point of view.
Wnen SNM-1144 is amended, we will issue Indemnity Agreement B-42.
The indemnity fee commencing the same date vill be $100 per year.
