Dear Mr. Perry:
This refore to the routino safety inspection conducted by
Messrs.
G.
D. Reploglo and J.
F.
Smith of this office on
January 4 through 15, 1993.
The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Clinton Power Station.
The area examined during the inspection is identified in the
report.
This area consisted of a review of the Clinton Motor
Operated Valvo (MOV) Program established in response to Generic Letter (GL) 89-10.
Within this area, the inspection consisted of
a selectivo examination of procedures and representative records,
observations, and interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the
course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the
NRC Public Document Room.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this
inspection.
