III ADDITIONAL ITEMS Currently, Wolf Creek Generating Station has only a few NRC mandated plant modifications remaining to be completed.

Furthermore, there are no major owner originated changes identified at this time. Therefore, WCGS should be able to complete all mandated changes by the required or pre-viously agreed upon dates.

If our situation changes and additional major modifications are required, KG&E would be willing to work with the NRC on an Integrated Living Schedule for the benefit of both parties.
