My letter dated November 24,1992, requesting a letter amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 6574 for the Model 3 82 B package inadvertently included a copy of Drawing No. STD 104 Rev. O, which contained a proprietary statement. The proprietary statement may be disregarded and the drawing may be issued for public disclosure, as discussed with Marissa Bailey of your staff.
