This event is being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(iv) as a condition that resulted in the automatic actuation of engineered-safety features, including the reactor protection system. 10 CFR-50'.73(a)(2)(i)-

as-an operation prohibited by technical specifications, and 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(v) as an event that could have prevented fulfillment of a safety system.
