Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the. Comission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Cmpany's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licer.ses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Botts Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to the definition of core alteration and a proposed change to the allowable hydrogen concentration in the offgas rec mbiner system.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Comission's Regulations, a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission in the amount of $150 is enclosed to cover the filing fee for this application.
