Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 12 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $20,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $303,400.00 to $323,400.00.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The fifth paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $323,400.00."
It is estimated that the funds provided by this modification are sufficient to cover performance through January 1993.
