November 23, 1992 Xcoug7ao Ms. Betty L. Wright f[hh Export / Import License Officer Office of International Programs Nuclear Regulatory Commission 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852
Dear Ms. Wright:
We have enclosed the completed NRC application (Form 7) and a check for $3,100. 00 for the export of nuclear material.
As stated on the application, we have a shipment scheduled'to be transported on the-17th of December, Consequently, We would sincerely appreciate an expeditious processing of this application.
It is urgent that we receive the license on or before the 16th of December.
Our intended destination (Cameco) in Canada has received Uranium yellowcake from the U.S. in the past, so.there should be no problem with the Canadian government's verification of the D.O.E.
requirements regarding Cameco.
If there is any information or assistance that we can give to facilitate the processing of this application, please call me at (713) 655-7900.
Thank you for your assistance in this-matter.
Sincere 1y, f
