NRC-03-90-028 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the contract ceiling amount to allow for issuance of Task Orders 18, 19, 20, and 21, and to allow for the first of the two twelve month option periods.
The contract ceiling amount will increase by $328,822.17 from $264,999.19 to $593,821.36.
(2) exercise the first option year, and (3) extend the period of performance.

Under Section B - Supplies or Services and Price / Costs, Subsection B.3 -
Consideration red Obligation--Task Orders, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"8.3 Consideration and Oblication--Task Orders The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the a.
products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $593,821.36.
The Contracting Officer may unilaterally increase this amount as necessary for orders to be placed with the contractor during the contract period provided such orders are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract.

Under Section F - Deliveries and Performance, SubsectionF.6 -
Duration of the _ Contract Period (MAR 1987) Alternate IV (JUNE 88),
ishereby deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the following:
"The ordering period for this contract shell commence on 9/25/90 and will expire on 9/24/93.
Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein.
(see 52.216 Ordering.) The l
term of this contract may be extended at the option of-the I
Government for one additional twelve month period."
