Contract flo, f1RC-39-88-241 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) incorporate the final indirect Overhead, Fringe Benefits and General / Administrative rates for the contract period and (2), deobligate all remaining excess funds under the contract.
The contractor has completed all contract requirements at a total cost plus

a fixed fee of $64,800.32 for all services rendered. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Section B.2, " Consideration and Obligation--Cost Plus fixed Fee (MAR 1987)", paragraphs a. b. and c. are deleted in their entirety and replaced by the following in lieu thereof:
- a. The total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $64,800.32, of which the sum of $60,184.32 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which the sum of $4,616.00 represents the fixed fee.
- b. The amount obligated under Section B.2 paragraph c is decreased by
$5,758.68 from $70,559.00 to $64,800.02.

Section G.1, " Indirect Rates (MAR 1987)", paragraph a. is revised to read as follows:

The contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs at the final following rates:
