• This will confirm telephone conversations of June 22, 1992, and October 13,

1992, between you and Nina Pugh.

During these conversations you agreed to accept the non proprietary version of the requested proposal as reviewed solely by the submitter.

You also agreed to delete from your request the cost proposal and resumes.

You then stated that you would like to receive a copy of the awarded contract f or this solicitation.

Copies of the recorde identified on enclosed Appendices A and B are responsive to your request.

These records are enclosed.

Finally, it was agreed that you
