Entergy Operations, Inc. has recently restructured the Naterford 3 site organization.
This has necessitated a change to the War.erford 3 SES Emergency Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix E, Section V, we are hcrewith inforning you of the resulting changes that will be required to the Emergency Plan.
t These changes do not decrease the offectiveness of the Emergency Plan-based on a 10CFR50.54(q) review.
Attached is a copy of the revisions to pages 5-2 and A-5-1A of the Emergency Plan indicating the changes that will be required.
These changes will be incorporated into the next revision of the Emergency Plan which is scheduled for issuance during the first quarter of 1993.

Nuclear Safety provides licensing;and Quality-Assurance support to plant-operations. 'The.
organization includes a Safety Review' group,-
Quality Assurance, a Nuclear Licensing and a; Policy and: Directives group. The Director Nuclear Safety heads up this organization. The' Director Nuclear Safety reports to_the Vice-president, Operations,'Waterford 3.
5.1.2 Emergency organizations Response to an abnormal or emergency situation occurs-in 4
a three phase process. 'The-initial'immediate actions-in.;
response to an emergency are the responsibility;ofs the Onshift Emergency Organization.;In support of the Onshift Emergency Organization,-the Onsite Emergency, Organization -
is-activated to aid and support the activities-initiated-by the Onshift Emergency-Organization. The activation of additional Onsite personnel-is in accordance with Table 5-1.
