Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 11 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $5,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $39,000.00 to
$44,000.00. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $44,000.00."
It is estimated that the funds provided by this modification are sufficient to cover performance through January 1993.
Accounting Data for Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.11 is as follows:
B&R No.- 310-20-615-202 BOC No.: 2542 FIN No.: 0-1920-3 OBLIGATED AMOUNT: $5,000.00 Issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject task order iricluding the ceiling amount of $44,362.85.
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this actior is given below:
Total FY 92 obligation amount $39,000.00 Total FY 93 obligation amount $ 5,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations $44,000.00 This modification obligates FY 93 funds in the amount of $5,000.00.
