Reference 1 provided the list of commitments made in response to the EDSFI team findings documented in Reference 2.

These commitments have been addressed and actions completed. TVA has-i replaced the incorrectly installed 50 ampere-breaker and cracked thermal overloads (TOLs) and completed an inspection of'TOLs-in safety-related l
systems. Walkdowns of the plant AK. type breakers have been completed and controls are in place to ensure proper breaker changeout.
Electrical distribution calculations were revised. Appropriate procedures

concerning the ground fault meter have also been revised.
Plant setpoint l -.
and scaling documents were developed for electrical surveillance

calibrations.
In addition, TVA has identified or removed the spare vendor wirings, including Units 1 and 3, that were identified during.the EDSFI inspecticia.
