In response to questions developed by the NRC. staff and forwarded to the licensee by letter dated January 14, 1992, the licensee provided the additional requested information in letters dated February 14, 1992, March 31, 1992, and October 12, 1992 The staff has reviewed topical report RXE-91-002 and the add".ional infor-mation provided by the licensee and finds the methodology acceptable for use hy TU Electric for Comanche Peak Steam Ele::tric Station Units 1 and 2, as documented-in the ent.losed staff safety evaluation.
